Fundonario B.V. attaches great importance to the protection of your personal data. In this privacy policy we explain which data we process, for what purpose, and which rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Who we are
Fundonario B.V. is based at Keizersgracht 482, 1017 EG Amsterdam, the Netherlands, and is registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 89473215. Our website is fundonario.com.
2. Data we process
When you sign up for our Eco Newsletter, we only process your first name and email address. In addition, we collect anonymised statistics about website visits (date, time, device type) to improve our content.
3. Purpose of processing
Your data is used exclusively to send our weekly Eco Newsletter and to improve our publications. We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.
4. Retention period
We retain your data for as long as you are subscribed to our newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link at the bottom of every email; your data will then be deleted within 30 days.
5. Your rights
You have the right of access, correction, deletion and data portability. Send your request to privacy@fundonario.com. If you are not satisfied with our handling, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
6. Security
We protect your data with encrypted connections (TLS 1.3), two-factor authentication for our employees and regular security audits. Access to data is limited to authorised personnel.
7. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Important changes will be announced in advance through our newsletter. The most recent version is always available on this page.
